At Legacy AI Solutions, every digital service and product we create is designed with care, precision, and strategy. Because our work involves access to digital products, AI systems, and consulting insights, all sales are final once access or delivery has been granted.

That said, we genuinely want our clients to feel supported. If you experience any technical issue, billing error, or a situation where the product isn’t functioning as described, reach out to us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. We’ll review it personally and do everything we can to make things right.

We don’t issue refunds for:

  • Digital downloads, subscriptions, or consulting services that have already been delivered or accessed.
  • Change of mind after access or delivery.

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit if a clear technical error occurred (for example, double billing or duplicate orders).
